As a brand deeply rooted in traditional values and committed to quality, we follow a strict returns and refunds policy that is in line with food safety and regulatory norms.
1. Nature of Products
All our products are fresh, made-to-order, and perishable food items. Due to the sensitive nature of sweets, snacks, and baked goods, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges once the order has been processed, dispatched, or delivered.
2. Quality Assurance
We take utmost care to ensure product quality, packaging safety, and timely dispatch. Every item undergoes quality checks before leaving our premises. In case of a concern related to product damage during transit, we request customers to:
· Notify us within 120 Minutes of delivery
· Provide order ID and clear photographs of the outer packaging and product
Our team will assess the issue and take a suitable decision on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the company. However, replacement or compensation is not guaranteed and is subject to internal review.
Tamper-evident packaging is used for courier orders. Customers are advised to check the seal and condition of the parcel at the time of delivery. We kindly request you not to accept opened, leaking, or damaged parcels.
3. Refund Eligibility
· We do not offer refunds for taste preferences, delayed courier delivery, or change of mind after order placement.
· Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as non-availability of ordered items, or operational inability to process the order, and will be handled solely at management’s discretion.
· Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as products are immediately scheduled for preparation and packaging. Please review your order details carefully before final submission.
5. Bulk/Corporate Orders
For bulk or festive orders, custom terms will be discussed and confirmed in writing. These orders are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Courier & Delivery Policy
We partner with reliable delivery services such as India Post, ST Courier, and Blue Dart Air Cargo to ensure safe and timely delivery. While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, Sri Ganga Vilas is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics provider
