·         Customers are advised not to accept any parcel if the outer packaging appears damaged, or if the tamper-evident seal is broken, cut, or removed at the time of delivery.

In such cases:

·         The customer must refuse delivery and notify our customer care team within 120 Minutes.

·         Acceptance of a visibly tampered package shall be construed as acknowledgment of receipt in good condition, and Sri Ganga Vilas shall not be held liable for any claims of contamination, loss, or damage thereafter.
